Loose clothing, a fan, NOT cold compresses, use tepid (neither too hot or too cold) and she should drink plenty of water. If the temp still stays high then she should see a doctor;

Make her/him a big bowl of really strong onion soup. It will cause the fever to break. You can tell when a fever has broke because the person will start sweating. Otherwise her/his fever does not sound that high. Fevers are actually good for you. It is the bodys way of killing bacteria in the system that makes you sick. It is much healthier to rest and drink a lot of water and just wait the fever out. If you take medication to stop a fever you are not treating the real issue which is the bacteria or virus that is causing the fever in the first place. Best wishes!

NOT being rude, but take her clothes off, and just cover her with a light blanket. keep using the cold compress, plus neurofen or ibrofen is the best medication to bring down a temperature, which she can also take with paracetomal, hope she feels better soon, if no luck give the doctors a ring xxx

a chilly bathe could help to diminish a severe physique temperature via fact the chilly could start to diminish your center temperature, in spite of the shown fact that it won't help too plenty with a fever. with regard to a fever, the excellent factor to do is take 2-3 Ibuprofen based pills (Advil) after which you will take a bath to make your self greater comfortable at the same time as waiting on your fever to diminish.

that is hardly a high temp. But if the temp was 101 or so then putting the person in an ice cold bath helps reduce temps sustainably

that is far too high, get the doctor before she gets any worse or take her to A&E, there is only so much you can do yourself and when that does not work then there must be a problem and it needs a professional to look at her, hope all goes well take care x

There is no real need to give some medicine for temp until it reaches 100.4 or greater. If you want to though try Tylenol or Motrin for the fever.
