hmm.. well.. u shldnt excercise..right after u eat.. its kinda unhealthy.. cse..the food hasnt even digest yet.. well.. very light excercises..are cool..like walking...but not heavy ones.. playing sports or..doing physical activities..right after u ate alot.. kinda increases the risk of getting appendix..but its not dangerous or smthing.. u'll just have to go threu a small surgery to remove that..im guessing u shld knw all this.. it happened..to a classmate of mine.. good luck..;)

researches have proven that light exersises that doesnt envolve running or jumping help the stomach to be more accurate envolving higher metabolic rates. i usually prefer to go to the bathroom after eating any meal.....it makes me feel better!!

no its not bad for you. but If you were to run around or exercise vigorously might upset your stomach.
