No actually sex helps to shed calories and thus weight. I assume you are asking this based on seeing Indian women gain weight after marriage. Thats because tonce they are married, they are too busy to check their weight and also dont feel the need to do so because they already have found a husband and think that there is no need to attract anyone by keeping fit. This is a big misconception by the women and you must keep fit not for the sake of attracting others but to remain healthy and avoid having too many health problems at an old age.

yes its true. i don’t know whether scientifically its a fact or not but old sayings of seniors is that having continuous sex with one partner some time increase weight. What they says that both the partner’s fluid should match each other. If not match some time one of the partner looses his/her weight
