They have an inverse relationship. As boiling point goes up, the volatility goes down.
Substances with a very low boiling point are very volatile.

Boiling point is the temperature at which a liquid turns into gas.
Volatility is the tendacy for a liquid state molecule to turn into gas at room temperature
