Yes look the card see if there is a ram chip which can be exchanged for a larger one. If you have an empty slot you can add one there. Look at the handbook if you have one it will tell you the chips required.

Usually Graphics RAm is onboard and doesn't have slots to add ram the 7900 is a good card, but due to their make-up if you think you will want to add more RAM later then you either need to buy the bigger card now, or be ready to buy a new card later.

As I know , you can't because it's built in RAM, not like the one in the motherboard which can be plugged and unplugged, but some motherboards like Nvidia SLI, enables you to install two graphic cards, imaging how your performance will increase ...
