No, don't mistake this as merciful or as a tactic against capitol punishment, I'm not finished.
I'd keep him alive, strapped to a chair. Then bring in, one at a time, each family member of someone who was lost to 9/11, and to this 'war' that would never have happened had it not been for 9/11. They would each have 1 hour alone with him to do whatever they liked, provided with a wide array of playtoys (picture a scene out of the movie Hostel). The only rule would be that they can't kill him, he must remain alive for the next family member.

Tie him into a radio controlled air craft with a few of his buddies...crash it into one of his family owned buildings.The interia of the plane would have pictures of all how died in the 911 attack. I was very impressed as to the court system in which the hanging execution took place within 30 days of being found guilty. This should be inforced here as well...not 10-20 years later.

There is no provision in American Law for the punishments suggested by answerer's. If he is tried in USA, he will be lucky person. He will be given best medical treatment, fair trial and easy death. This will end his bad days.

#1: Cut off his head, arms and legs, then string them up and stick them on poles in front of the trade center, and leave his head in a shallow pit on a farm to be humped by any willing animal that passes by; OR:
#2: Leave him to be starved and tortured by the people affected by 9/11 in public.

i'd bring him to a warehouse where all the people who lost a family member in 9/11 or the war beat the crap out of him.One rule he has to last 72 hours.

I would strip him naked, tie him to a tree, open a jar full of brazilian fire ants and scatter them all over his body and I just let them do their work on his flesh.
