5. Manga! The anime edits all the good stuff out and the plot is compeltely different from what the artist/author of FMA intended.
Plus they toned down Ed and Winry's relationship and destroyed it at the movie. The manga shows definite signs of this couple happening!

Personally I like the Anime more. It is a bit simpler. It has an ending. Scar's character is more fleshed out in the Anime. Also I prefer the concept of the homunculi being created from failed human attempts at human Resurrection. I have only read three volumes of the manga so far, my order for the first 10 volumes was filed a couple weeks ago.

3. Scar and Lust is the cutest couple by far, so they are my favorite couple

5. I don't know. I have only one issue of the manga, but I think the anime is better simply because I haven't really read the manga. =D xD
