yes they where working parallel with the British and they had there on radar systems like the Freya, the Wuerzburg riese, the wassermann. This are all ground radars and they where mostly used in belts to intercept the bombers so that the ground control posts could sent the fighter plains after them.
The sea forces on there ships and the air force ( the night fighter plains ) had there one systems.

yes they did it was used on they-re warships that went to Norway in the beginning of the war and later it was also used on bombers. but it was not like the British used to scan the coast for incoming airplanes.

They did, but they didn't put it to the same level of practical use as the English.

They were working on it, but like most of their "wonder weapons" nothing useful. Too little too late, thank god.
