All the answers I saw here were too complicated. It all depends on the size of the file. If your file is below 20 MB it is better to send it through gmail which offers 20MB attachments! If it is more than that you can register for lycos mail
http://mail.lycos.com
which allows you you send very big files through attachment. Hope you understand what I said.

File of video format is too larger than that of audio format and it takes a lot of time even to attach the audio format. The things you can do is that write those movie clips in the storage media like usb drive or cd-rw, go to the fastest browsing cyber cafe in your town, get your movie clips on the computer from storage media, put it in the zip folder(zip folder compresses the size of a file). Now you can attach it on the email message and send them. -urgent_msg1@yahoo.com

If all else fails burn the file to a disk and send them the disk. Some emails can not send of receive files larger than a certain size. I have on that cuts off at 10 meg, and one that cuts off a 4 meg.

Anything over that and you will have to burn it. If it is too big for a disk, then there is always buy a flash drive and send them that.

using 7zip free open source software
After installing 7zip, right click on the file to be archived, For example you have a 50MB file
7zip > add to archive
split to volumes, enter value say 10M
press ok
your file will split into 5 archives of 10M each. You can mail each file separately upto 10MB using yahoo mail

On the other side the person can join the files using the same program

hi,
one way to send is to zip the movie using winzip etc.
Or you can break the files into multiple files using winzip. Check the help menu in Winzip for this.

Thanks

Press the attachment button, under the subject
it will say download here, you click it.
it will pop up your documounts and if you saved it, then
it will be in one of your catagories (desktop...you know that stuff)
Once you click on your file, it will have your file written down. And there will be a send button, and then press send!
hope it helps
