I have just returned from a week spent at my boyfriend's place. He has just moved into a new flat, which is tiny. We spent the New Year at his parents place and we celebrated with his friends. We have been in a long-distance relationship for a couple of years, together for 3 years. I told him that I would like to go to his city to learn his language for a couple of months and possibly live with him. I did not realise that his flat was so tiny though. He got scared of the idea though and told me that he is not ready to live together. He pulled away and now I am not sure what to do?

Back off and let him get adjusted to the new place. If you need more in your relationship than he has to give you need to move on. You cant ask someone to give you what they dont have.

Pull away from him as well. You are doing everything on his terms and getting little back. Don't let him take you for granted.
