1. You may get too accustomed to using your hand and might have trouble getting off because you'd be used to stimulation that no orifice could replicate. That's a BIG mabye though and would only happen of you force yourself to masturbate out of routine. However I'm thinking you've got the opposite thing going on.
2. It takes a little while for sperm to mature and be fully effective up-knockers. Masturbating more often results in more immature sperm in semen. NO, you cannot use overmasturbation as a form of contraception. It's about as effective as wishful thinking. If youre physically capable of getting off during sex and filling a woman with cream filling, there's nothing masturbation can do to diminish that ability. Basically there are no appreciable side effects to masturbation unless you do unsafe things like use power tools and drugs.
Besides, if something freaky or abnormal happens while you masturbate, then there's something wrong with your health and you should thank your lucky stars that you found out early by masturbating rather than being in the dark and having your penis fall off because you didn't find out until it was too late.
3. A little of both. It depends on many mysterious biological factors. However if you notice urine or blood when you bust nuts... time to worry. And no, masturbation won't put blood or urine in your semen.
4. If you cannot find the willpower to resist, the only alternatives would be to either make yourself physically unable to do so through restraints and whatnot or to engage in sexual activity with another person EVERY time you get the urge to masturbate. Good luck with that.
5. What effects would you want to cure? You can't take drugs to magically clean your sheets and I couldn't think of any reason why someone would want to cure the positive effects of it. As for being able to have the best sex life with your wife... well you get out of it what you put in. Masturbation helps you build up skills and a "feel" for your body. You wouldn't become a pro basketball player if ball-handling wasn't already second nature to you, would ya?
6. Eat healthy so you can be physically fit and conditioned to get the most out of sexual relations.

1. You start to loose concentration from other things. Weakness always roams around, though not be concerned with illness. With masturbation one's white blood cells count goes down, where as white blood cells are very important for resistance power in your body. One may not notice pains or its effects at an early stage, people often say its good for health and to keep your sexual life healthy. But ask those people who have really exprienced, they have totally different story to tell.
2. No, it doesn't make a man unable to be father. It doesn't have so adverse effect that one can't be father.
3. White
4. Sleep with face facing ceiling of your room. Means you should lie on your back, not on your stomach. This will stop the slight desire of masturbation. This desire for masturbation is created by our inner passion. Stop eating fruits such as passion fruit, any melon (water, sweet, galia, cantelope), mango, grapes, kiwi, oranges. You can have banana, apple and fruits which you think creates less desire and passion. Do this all for atleast 15 days then your body will adust to it and best it will adapt to it and continue with it, don't stop. You can start eating fruits once you think your body have stopped masturbating and your desire is under your management. This won't bring any bad effects to you. And this is some natural solution. Change your erotic dreams into something pleasant you desire for from your soul, remember about what u did whole day, and what is to be done tomorrow, your happy moments with your friends some beautiful scenery, etc.
5. Ask to your doctor
6. Have plenty of water, atleast 2 - 3 litres a day, don't worry if you have to frequently go to toilet. But instead this will improve your inner body system which has been damaged by masturbation. You can have any food u want.

For a kid who started masturbating at age 11 you sure have a lot of questions and concerns. If you've been doing this for six years already, then you potentially have masturbated and ejaculated almost 2000 times. And you still have "questions"?
Masturbation is all good. There are no bad side effects. Semen is creamy white and sometimes has a yellowish tinge. Semen tastes salty, regardless of what the guy eats. There is no medicine that will stop masturbation except antidepressants such as Prozac which simply remove all libido urges and make your penis droop like a cooked noodle.
Masturbate all you want. It's more fun with a female partner.

1 - there are no "side effects," unless you just rub yourself raw from not using a good lubricant. Masturbation is normal, wholesome and healthy.
2 - if you are healthy, you will never run out of sperm, so don't worry about that, either.
3 - normal semen may have an off-white or yellow hint to the color.
4 - stop what? masturbation? find another hobby or interest if you really must.
5 - cure the effects of what?
6 - to do what?

Why Do People Masturbate?
In addition to feeling good, masturbation is a good way of relieving the sexual tension that can build up over time, especially for people without partners or whose partners are not willing or available for sex. Masturbation also is a safe sexual alternative for people who wish to avoid pregnancy and the dangers of sexually transmitted diseases. It also is necessary when a man must give a semen sample for infertility testing or for sperm donation. When sexual dysfunction is present in an adult, masturbation may be prescribed by a sex therapist to allow a person to experience an orgasm (often in women) or to delay its arrival (often in men).
Is Masturbation Normal?
While it once was regarded as a perversion and a sign of a mental problem, masturbation now is regarded as a normal, healthy sexual activity that is pleasant, fulfilling, acceptable and safe. It is a good way to experience sexual pleasure and can be done throughout life.
Masturbation is only considered a problem when it inhibits sexual activity with a partner, is done in public, or causes significant distress to the person. It may cause distress if it is done compulsively and/or interferes with daily life and activities.
Is Masturbation Harmful?
In general, the medical community considers masturbation to be a natural and harmless expression of sexuality for both men and women. It does not cause any physical injury or harm to the body, and can be performed in moderation throughout a person's lifetime as a part of normal sexual behavior. Some cultures and religions oppose the use of masturbation or even label it as sinful. This can lead to guilt or shame about the behavior.
Some experts suggest that masturbation can actually improve sexual health and relationships. By exploring your own body through masturbation, you can determine what is erotically pleasing to you and can share this with your partner. Some partners use mutual masturbation to discover techniques for a more satisfying sexual relationship and to add to their mutual intimacy.

buddy, there are no side effects of masturbating.it doesn't make a man sterile, unless there is something wrong with the sperm quality or production. the color of semen ranges from milkish white. you must have a strong self control to stop it. there are no medicines to make your sex life better, including the food you eat. it's just a myth. if you have confidence in yourself, try to be honest with your wife, be open to her about sex. how you two deal with quality sex depends on how you grade it.
