What are you doing with it?
I wrote one last year that was basically a modernization of a ritual to Mars as a god of agriculture (the Romans worshipped him far more in that aspect than as a god of war). It's essentially a blessing for a field to be prosperous--my rewrite more of less knocked out the animal sacrifice and replaced it.
