i advise you get yorself a good old book about pregnancy and birth sit down and read read read do some research on this matter gees you no if your pregnant you probly should have already looked into all this.
i can tell you when your in active labor you dont bloody care what your wearing or whos watching dont be embarresed somebody might see your girl parts cause darlin they se em everyday how should i no im a midwife enjoy your experience theres nothing on earth better goodluck.

Well, if you go to a hospital, chances are great that they'll put you in a gown, so you'll end up taking off everything to change into it. Then when the cervix is dilated fully and doc says it's okay, you push.
