I need a recipe for chinese style steamed buns, what's yours.?

And as fun as it sounds, I am talking about the food, not how to get Hot #1 Asian Gold Star Chicks in a sauna.. Although you can add that for bonus points if they ever have them.

Theres different types of middles. Pork, custard ( yummy!), chicken and many more to choose from. I don't make mine because i'm too lazy! hehe. I sometimes go to yum cha in the city and order them.
