E4 is showing the show live. (well I think it is the closest to live it can be, about 10 mins out) and E4 +1 shows the exact same shows as on E4, but on an hour later. So if you miss the start of a film or a show or something on E4, you can catch it an hour later on E4 +1.
Quite a few channels have these +1 channels now. I saw one for ITV 2 the other day, I had no idea they had one!!

E4 is the normal like what is going on atm
E4+1 shows you everything one hour later.
So what you watch at 10 on E4 will be on at 11 on E4+1

or try the red button on sky digital if theres another program on E4 o.k
E4+1 is a repeat channel
it gives you more choice then channel 4 thats why

erm e4 is live now and e4+1 is 1 hour later dear so if you dont get to watch it say at 12 pm u can watch it from 1 pm on e4+1 is from 12 pm u get me hope this helps xx

e4 is not live as in now its got about a 15 min delay, so they can blot out swearing etc, e4 +1 is an hour later,
