i mean when i call her, she's w/HIM & when i tell her we're planning 2 go out this weekend, she'll just say OH SORRY I ALREADY HAVE PLANS!

I never experienced that, cause most of my bf mingle with my friends, or I always find time to be with my friends ;-)

That always happens with young love. I've always tried to be there for my friends, in or out of a relationship. She's still your friend though, and one day she'll need ya's, so be there when she comes back.
