Can't record?

"An error occured while recording while recording. The device specified is in use". I keep getting this message even though I've checked several times to be sure that ALL other programs are shut down. Any suggestions?

restart computer and try again, probably caught in loop

Make sure the cd-burner you are burning to is the one selected in the address box (usually this is the window after you click to burn)
