No WAY!!!!
A SPIDER is an ARACHNID to be specific.
A CRAB is a CRUSTACEAN.
King crabs, also called stone crabs, are a family of crab-like decapod crustaceans chiefly found in cold seas. THEY ARE literally HUGE compared to even the biggest og spiders.
Even the largest spider...Wolf spider that is are puny compared to the size and power of the KING crab.

Spiders and King Crabs are related. They are both in Phylum Arthropoda. The difference comes that they are in separate Subphyla. Spiders are in Subphylum Uniramia and Crabs in Subphylum Crustacea.
Crabs do have a spider-like appearance, but are not considered spiders taxonomically and genetically speaking.

No, spiders are warm blooded arachnids which eat other animals (some tarantulas eat baby birds) or insects. Crabs if I am not mistaken are considered crustaceans.

umm... does your question have anything to do with a spider CRAB or a spider as in the hairy arachnid? king crabs don't have anything to do with spiders. (spider=arachnid & crab=crustacean)

Spiders are arachnids.
Crabs are crustaceans (I think).
(By the way, that's a nice dress...)
