I have recently aquired a building which was previously used as a call centre. I would like to know how difficult it would be to setup a call centre. I would be able to get staff and all the lines are already installed. However, where would i go about getting clients?

What sort of clients are yo trying to attract, Im in the advertising and marketing trade and i set up call centre campaigns for the army and charities, we create tv commerials for say the army, then set up the centre for it, thats what you need to do

create some kind of adver wether it be TV, paper, Billboards etc and estimate the return of calls, then employ the right amount of staff to handle the calls

Hope this helped

This is a very competitive business. You should think about it carefully and do some research. There is a national organization/association for call-center operators. Not sure of the name of it but you can find it on-line. They publish articles, advertise vendors/suppliers, etc. Good luck!
