Magicians are quite cool as well as your idea of a hypnotist. I'd have a look on the web for entertainers in your local area.

I'd have strippers delivering beer in platinum goblets with my guests names on. I'd get the biggest sound system available. The party would go on till the sun came up. Then everyone would go home to their own private hypnotist session so they can wake up feeling relaxed! If I could afford it of course!
