I have several bullets of various different calibre, type, etc. all piled together in a plastic cup. Is there any possibility that one of them could suddenly fire? If so, is the probability reasonable?

The bullet contains a detonator that is very stable.
It is a glass like substance called a fulminate usually copper.
The surface of the fulminate must be cracked to detonate.
It takes a firing pin or a considerable force to cause it to fire.
The explosion speed is many times greater than the gun powder or cordite that propels the bullet..
All in all it could not [likely] fire spontaneously.

If they are left undisturbed in the cup, there is zero chance that a round will go off. If the cup happened to be tipped over or dropped and the bullets fell and hit the ground, there is a chance that one of them will go off, but even then the chance is very small.

Normally, no chance.
As said above, if you hit it, drop it, it is possible.
What you have to care of is temperature, humidity and exposure to sunlight.
Keep it below 40Deg C, 20 to 80% humidity, out of direct sunshine, especially through glass (lense effect).
