i dont want to talk to him and use power and dont want to leave the place.....nor i want i give any explanations to anybody......and i a weaker than him physically else would have smashed him long time back......i have pissed him very badly for his political stand in a political way by giving him silent treatment ............

he cannot do any physical harm ....he wants me to malign me ....as my silent treatment put him in bad light ...as he was friendly to people of dubious characters....and those dubious people were giving me very bad treatment for some misunderstanding and tiffs......

A stalker can be very, very dangerous. You need to reconsider whether you should stay put.
I would really recommend you get help from this from someone who understands the situation. If you're in a workplace, you need to tell your supervisor or someone in human resources. I also think that, wherever you are, you need to talk to the police. You may be in extreme danger.

Dear Friend, from what I have read - You seem to be a very mature and strong person. So firstly, my congratulations to you for being very brave.
Ignoring such a person is a wonderful reply to such people - as by doing this you would make them feel that they don't even exist in your universe. Though I must caution here that sometimes, the ignored person might feel that his tactics are not yielding results and then he may try some other tactics to gain your attention.
You have rightly said that you don't want to talk to him - why should you? I am reminded of a quotation - "I learnt a long time ago, never to wrestle with a pig. You get dirty besides the pig likes it". Let the pig rot in his dirty environment.
Also you are absolutely right in saying that neither you want to give explanations to anyone nor want to leave the place - why should you? He is the deafulter and if anyone has to leave it has to be him.
Now my suggestions for your consideration are that bring this sordid process into the awareness horizon of some of your friends and family members and involve them also into it. The idea is that stalkers are basically cowards and if they know that you are not alone - they would panick and secondly by sharing it with your family members and friends - you are gaining in strength even more and newer ideas would emerge.
I am sure that given your mental strength - you will be able to come out of this challenge in a triumphant manner.
