Are Malaysia best country for a holiday?...for this 2007 year..?

malaysia tourism ministry recently launched their visit malaysia year...does u all know about it?...i just wanna know how far has the tourism ministry do their job in promoting malaysia at the eyes of the world...thank u..

Being a Malaysian,I'm aware that ministry of tourism Malaysia has launch the Visit Malaysia 2007.Even though Malaysia has launched the visit Malaysia year,but there are not enough publicity at the International Market.I do believe that Malaysia is the best country for a holiday,because its has a lot of hidden landscapes that are 'invisible' to the local,but important for overseas tourists. Examples of these are rural landscapes,beautiful countryside,Malay traditional villages,natural and cultural heritage.In my opinion the tourism ministry should promote these tangible as well as intangible values tourists are looking for when they visit Malaysia.

I've been to Malaysia and next door Singapore and I do not think Malaysia has enough to keep your interest for more than 4 or 5 days I much prefer Singapore.
Why not spend half the time in Malaysia and the other half in either Australia or Singapore

My Cousin is a PHD.

We dont know wether the tourism ministry is currently in the right track or doing their job well unless we're in overseas.

but my friends in U.K says there's a lot of promotion banners, advertisement (M'sia truly asia) in t.v and such.

if you're living in malaysia we dont know much about it.
we mush rely on tourism agency to give feedback on this manner.

any people working for tourism company are the best to answer this question..
