I think it is IT cos everything is moving on very fast nowadays courtesy IT. Money will be there, the Petrol, Ladies and weapons will still be there but IT comes first. Weapons more deadlier than what we have today will also exist.... That's PRAYER!

water /food/medicine
eventually some rare earths and metals
we never run out of oil and petrolbut eventually run vehicles on electrics and hydrogen
towards end of the teens we run into huge skill shortage
blue collar workers ,builders ,and nurses
eventually a real dentist shortage
energy cost will fall as free energy from a vacume is harvested
our food areas become less productive
eventually only food product and multiharvest cropping of hemp
defense industries retool for sustainable energy systems
mineral resources placed under protective hoarding
garbage becomes a resource people actually buy off you
there comes a shortage of food via monocropping disasters mainly because of terminater genes from mutated weeds and carconogenic pesticides
micro particulate and vitimins[healthy food ] become scarce

mother nature & food , by 2050 the world popluation would be near peak at 10 billion plus, so the countries with best possible environment which are least affected by natural disaster would be the dominant force, rest there would be a massive exodus to those countries, its a known fact that although the projected population would then decline but the nature would have had been damaged beyond repair.......

IT. it seems to be in every day life now.
petrol is a highly needed thing yes, but solar power will take its place.
WATER is the real worry now. where will we be if there is none?.
Why are there not people trying to take salt out of water.
Our planet is 70% undrinkable ... :)
