Is there an area just on the ridge of the penis that is super sensitive to pleasure?

Not sure exactly what you're talking about. The glans (penis head) tends to be pretty sensitive. There is a piece of skin (sort of) at the bottom of the head called the frenulum (see link) that's particularly sensitive for many, but is also often removed in some circumcisions. The inner foreskin is also very sensitive.

No. But on Mt. Hood in Oregon there's a ridge that's super sensitive to climbers. I saw a pic and they all looked pleasured.

My entire penis is pretty sensitive, especially the entire "head". It only takes about two touches and it sort of leaps up toward the stars.

Im not sure im not a guy... BUt i do know the end of the penis is the ost sentivtive. Herd it on soem show today..
