Tiny Tim, aka Herbert Khaury did a popular cover in the sixties, but it was a song from the thirties, artist and writer unknown to me. Tiny Tim came to prominence on Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In, and married Miss Vicky on Johhny Carson. He quickly descended into relative obscurity, but continued to champion music from the thirties. I don't even know if he's dead or not.
