Contact the police in her city/town and tell them of your suspicions; they can check on her.

Good luck.

She has got to stop having any form of yeast (bread, beer, wine, yellow cheese, yeast spreads, raw mushrooms)
Plus she should take OliveLeaf extract or a GoldenSeal herbal formula to kill the fungus from the yeast.
A fresh fruit detox for a week or two will help.
Evening Primrose oil with Fish oil will help her to feel good also.
A consultation with a Homeopath would help too.
Have a little chat and tell her to be strong, perhaps some voluntary work with the less fortunate would help. Or a self developement course.

Well, theres not alot you can do but tell her you misss her alot and that u are there for her. call her if u can. tell her you need her and you are worried about her. talk to conselor first ASAP. You know her family and they are not the proble, talk to the too

good luck. of my friends whove attempted suicide most of the ones who went through with it were male. the ones who did not die lived to see better days. my heart goes out to you and to her. giiving away all possetions and so far away? so tough.

On the bright side, she told you she's depressed. There may be some hope.

The scary thing is some depression is physical/chemical. At that distance without help from her family I cant see how you'd get her to at least see doctor to treat her, without simply having her lose contact with you and going deeper in alienation/depression state,

One of my friends trid to kill herself twice and only cos another friend was there is she alive today. She was depressed over a boyfriend and her family was not aware of re;ationship, she was close to them in one sense and had secret life from them in another. Shes happily married to abother guy now.

I have no idea if from that distance you can

Depending on how much you care about her, you should fly over there and help her. That's all I got.
