Slow down a little and notice the little things that make life good :)

We are always rushing through life at such a fast pace - sometimes we need to be reminded to take a step back, sit down and watch the world go by. If we are running through life, we miss so much. Stop and smell the roses. Feel the rain on your face. Spend time with people you love. Smell the coffee :)

I don't see it as an abrupt message, more a gentle reminder for us to take stock and notice those little things :)
