Well, if you love your girlfriend very much and don't want her to end up being hurt I think you should tell her soon. Use a little empathy here. Youth is very brief. Do you want someone you love to waste their youth with someone who cannot have them on their long term radar? Even if that person is you? If you love your girlfriend I would think you would want her to know she should begin to make herself available for a relationship with someone who can reciprocate her sexual feelings. If telling her hurts her feelings it's better you do it sooner than later in either case. We're wasting precious youth here!
