i recieve download speed ave.10kbps and uploadsing is 6kbps.
any suggestions or any software that can improve my up/down speed?

That is barely dial-up speed.
I suggest you call your provider & insist they provide the service you are paying for.

Check your wires cause thats what gives you speed on DSL. Must have a certain rating to match modem, check on install instructions. Plus did you put phone buffers on all phone and fax outlets? Those take all interference out and increase speed. 10kbps is not DSL. Something is wrong in the installation.
