When it comes down to the basics, life isn't about either really...because like every other creature on earth...we all share one very, fundamental instinct in life and that is TO SURVIVE......how we go about surviving whether it be through superficiality or a strong mentality is the difference...but we're all working towards a similar goal (whether you realize this or not). I myself would take intelligence over beauty any day because I have a keen interest in learning...so what if the dim-witted girl with a pretty face would rather be a hooker to make her ends-meet...as long as she is doing something that makes her content and she isn't hurting anybody...who cares. Besides....imagine how boring life would be if it weren't for porn stars.

To me it's beauty. We use intelligence to try to achieve it through art, music, literature, architecture - it is something very valuable that we strive to achieve. So, intelligence is subservient to beauty. I t can only try to duplicate it. I think i would rather live in a world of beauty than a world of intelligence.
A world without intelligence would still be beautiful but a world without beauty would be hell.
I'm not talking about a person's physical beauty. I'm talking about beauty - like a sunrise, or an innocent childs smile,... the beauty we see and feel in life that touches our hearts.

Of course intellingence,listen an example. Someone will take you in a job because you are intelligent! If u are beauty and u can't do your job or u can't give an interview he won't do that, in profession themes. Sorry for my bad english I am from Greece.
Now, in beauty themes as modelling beauty is the most important thing. It goes without saying. Choose! Good luck.

Beauty never really has vision, sets goals or solves problems. In fact, beauty can hold all those back. On the other hand, intelligence assists all those functions, functions important to keep society moving forward.

While I think that people who are beautiful have it easier in life than people who aren't so attractive, beauty is nothing if you don't have the intelligence to use it smartly :)
So intelligence always wins :)

No idea..i mean..just look right...beautiful people can get all wrinkley when they get old..while intelligent people can get alzeihmers when they get old....therefore..both beauty and intelligence can fade. so who knows..and we also know of beautiful people being stupid but becoming rich..and well some not so beautiful people being intelligent but also becoming rich...guess neither is more important than the other.

Both are important, but not important enough to get obsessive over. I think the most important quality is friendliness. Only few are lucky enough to balance this trait all the time.
