lime wire is the best..
coz its direct connect to other pc for shairing files and any thing else.
and try to connect any where to view your friends screen in your display screen,but for this action u need to access controle from remot pc.

There is a paid one called limewire pro but the free one works fine. It quite easy to set up and has no spyware whatsoever.

They are all bad, open you up to malware and are usually illegal if sharing copyrighted material. Don't go there.
