there is no reservoir. there is a dipstick under the bonnet to check the level, to check level get someone to put their foot on the brake and stick it in drive then dip the oil. to top up use a small funnel and pour the fluid down the dipstick tube.

You need to be more specific with your question, but by "gear box" we assume you mean transmission gear box. If so, then we also assume you mean for an automatic transmission. If so, then the oil level can be checked by means of the dipstick which is located between the engine and the firewall. It's kind of tricky to remove the stick but with some tenacity it can be done. Check the level while the engine's at normal operating temperature, on level ground, with engine running, gear selector in Park. If the oil's low CHECK FOR AND REPAIR ANY LEAKS. Then add in small increments of Dexron ATF. Good luck.
