Nothing is wrong with them simply because they don't know as much about PCs as others.
I do believe, however, that something deeper may be bothering you.
Puberty perhaps ?

well, some lead some follow, that's why the geeks make money off of their ignorance. I think of a computer as a car. I work on it constantly. I get paid for build a "cheap" computer for people at my job, cool though.
Other than that, some just don't have the time becuase their real job is more important then knowing the insides of a computer, can't blame them though.
some choose to look into it and others don't mind paying for the service. I don't mind it becuase it gives others a job

I have a computer and I know how to use it, but I don't know how it works and I really don't care about how it works because computer technology is not an interest of mine. If my computer is having problems then I send to someone who knows how to work and fix a computer. So get over the fact that some people can only e-mail. They made computers so everyone can use them not so everyone can take one apart and put it back together.

this is because they thnk a lot before doing something. lets say they need the meaning of the work they do. thats y they easily learn how to send an email but not other things becuse they donot find any meaning in them. if we observe them closely we can fing other reasons too. you may find this is right answer.

I can understand why a lot of people don't know much about them. like most things that are technical if people don't understand the basics they are intimidated by them and think that they will break it.
what I don't understand is how all of these people create passwords and then forget them and then can't log into their own systems. you would think that all worked for the NSA and had classified info on them ! lol

There is nothing wrong with people. This is part of the normal learning process. It's how we learn new stuff. So what's the problem?

I know, it's horrible. These people should have never been allowed to own a computer.
