Such type of people should be hanged. The reason being both as it is good for the society as well as the person who has done it also. He is a psycho person, if he is let alive he will do the same thing again..as it is a habit and a necessity for him to do this act. And also bcoz he is not normal again and again he will get into this situation. So for the betterment of the society and for his own sake also he should be hanged. It will save any further menace from such kind of people.

I agree with mk and sudeesh and disagree with simran on the point of prostitution being made legal. It may not make much of a difference as dirty minds would still continue to think as they did, but I do believe that there would be a lot less "dirty minds" if there were a means of legal sexual outlet for them. So yes legalising it would be a good thing. Also ,if possible, the sex workers or the people frequenting sex workers could be taxed (if it is possibe)and that would also generate revenue. Looking at the how many AIDS patients there are in India, obviously the number of people frequenting sex workers is quite huge. This could also allow for a way to force sex workers to undergo regular medical check ups by doctors approved by NGOs or government institutions who are trying to curb the problem of AIDS.

I agree with MK..Although the killers should be killed without mercy, we also have the narow mindset of the average indian to blame. It is human nature to enjoy something more which is considered taboo. If not sexual taboo, then something else considered taboo. The people should have legal mediums to vent their sexual frustratoins so that the frustration does not increase and develop into some kind of extremely harmful fetish. Sex should be talked about openly and not considered as something bad or evil. Also there should be more psychological help services and counselling available to people of all age groups and in every part of the country. As a democracy, we elected the government and we make the country work. So we need to unite and bring reforms. Go to petitions .online and find how you can contribute to changing the country free of charge

yes it is.. it just shook me to my toes.. it just brings a wave of revulsion ... in ancient times in india there was a practice... that the most heneous criminals were shunned and kept in isolation with out human or any other contact till they died.. these people would never ever see a human face or hear their voice.. they would not come in contact with even an animal of anysort.. just the person and his isolation with his thoughts.. thats the kind of punishment.. just think abt if ppl and you wil kno.. no man ever survived with this punishment for more than a few years...

If I'm asked to verdict, then I'll order shooting all involved directly or indirectly in this heinous crime, in public; and that too beyond the purview of appeal.

legal system should work more properly ..had the police not ignored the pleas of poor people ...it could have been stopped....we need better police....
there are people who would do even worse given a open chance and no fear of being caught....no one raises the question of police inaction and curruption all over the country....
we just go ga ga over lalu giving lectures to IIM chaps and forget how he made millions tragedies in bihar....
we should create a online database of problems/ blame list... directly or indirecly caused by a particular person in power in india and make a counter running like we have seen counter running for bill gates wealth ...indicator ...run by his critics....
beleive me internet/media will enable justice by creating pressure.....which was lacking in past.............

i totally disagree with MK and sudeesh as if prositution is done legal its not going to make any diff as the same thing is going to happen as the people who have dirty mind should be punished
and for me i would cut his hands and 1 leg and let him live and then that will be the perfect punishment for me onl 1 punishment shuld be given to rapist that is cut thier *****(imp part of men) then see the diffeence.

cant say..!!
he had reasons for doing what he did..
sure he has done something wrong but there were number of things/circumstances/situations which made him do that..!!
his sexual frustations where hidden which came out like this..
could be, he was mad..
or anything..
so its a tough decision..
he needs to die for sure..
but how brutally..?
i cant decide..
i ask u all one thing..
the person knew he was doin wrong and am sure he even knew the consequences before being caught..
and also he knew he will be caught one day..
then too he did it..
judge his sexual urge..
why it happened..?
thats why we say..
make all this legal..
make prositution legal..
had it been so..
had all this sex thing not be considered a taboo in our society, thing would for sure have been different..
he wud have gone to such areas without a second thot and reduce his sexual urge there rather than targetting innocent children..
also homosexuality..!!
else there will be more to face by us indians..
he was wrong..
but blame the system for it..
