Okay, so to put it simply. I'm starting college in my home town next fall. I've lived in the desert pretty much my whole life but I want to major in marine biology. Obviously that isn't offered here, so I'm looking to take my basics and then move to finish school. I'd like to attend a college in CA but I have no idea who offers what. Any advice would be great, but if someone who has a similar degree could help I'd really appreciate it.

San Diego State or the University of Hawaii are 2 places I know of that offer these courses. I had a friend in HS that wanted to be a marine biologist and checked both schools out...heh heh, we lived in the desert too!!

I hear that Scripps has a good Marine Bio Program.
