when i was in 10, i made the project on statistics-- to find the average weight or height of 20 students of my class by step deviation method. this is an easy project and can be prepared in a day. you can take any other method used in statistics.

u could leanr a good deal, and it wouldn't need much brain-logging as u can just copy-paste off of Google
