That depends on whether or not you are on their dining list. There are other predators that are just as bad, if not worse.

Its true that the Killer Whale really is the top predator in the Ocean they are found everywhere from the Artic to the South Pole. When it comes to sharks you have a bigger chance of being struck by lightning than be attacked by a shark every single day when you go into the ocean you are swimming with a shark. There is a report that an Orca actually attacks and eats great whites. The only reason a Killer attacks a trainer is because of boredom another reason is because you are talking about animal that weighs as much as a small car does and if that animal gets into its mind to do something there is very little the Trainers can do to stop it. Your right there has never been an attack by wild Killer Whales and we have a lot to learn when it comes to any kind of whales.

Don't listen to Mr. Spontaneity and Mongolian Warrior the Killer whale is the top predator in the ocean they are smarter, faster, bigger than any other predator in the ocean don't believe me just take a look at the whale that eat jaws and you can decide for yourself, oh and if you still need proof then how come when the whales leave the great whites come back and when the whales come back the sharks disappear looks like this predator is scared

The orca is probably one of the most diverse predators. It even feeds on other whales. See the following from Wikipedia:
The orca is the only cetacean species to regularly prey on other cetaceans. Twenty-two species have been recorded as preyed on, either through an examination of stomach contents, examining scarring on the prey's body, or from observing the orcas' feeding activity. Groups of orcas will even prey on larger cetaceans such as minke whales, gray whales, female and juvenile sperm whales or young blue whales. A group of orcas take a young whale by chasing it and its mother through the sea, wearing them out. Eventually the orcas manage to separate the pair and surround the young whale, preventing it from returning to the sea's surface to breathe. Large whales are typically drowned in this manner. Pods of female sperm whales can sometimes protect themselves against a group of orcas by forming a protective circle around their calves with their flukes facing outwards. This formation allows them to use their powerful flukes to repel the orcas.
Tuna, swordfish, sharks, seals, and leatherback turtles are also predators that eat other fish. You can find lots of articles on ocean predators, but I could not find out which is the "top" predator. Depends a lot on what you mean by that.

I would say no, the shark (mostly great white and grey nurse species) is the ocean's top predator.
