Seriously, the time of year somebody is born has no bearing on whether they are freaky people, nor any other personality attributes, for that matter. 'Freaky' is not an objective word anyway.

According to astrology, typical Virgos are calm, gentle, precise, detail-oriented, and given to service to others. They are not freaky at all.
One's rising sign (Ascendant) can have a large effect on how one appears to others, however.
