Two unstoppable objects are, first of all, only theoretical. It is a question often posed for exercises in thinking used to get people to do just that, think.
If such a thing were to happen, there would most likely be a major explosion since both would transfer their kinetic energies to each other. This would result in energy waves being produced that would be opposing to the travel of the 2 objects, thus causing them to explode.

I assume that there is no such thing as an "unstoppable" object. That would be a lot like a "perpetual motion" machine, right? It's a myth.

Nevertheless, upon collision, there has to be a transfer of energy and both objects will have altered or damaged conditions as well as being slowed considerably, and they will change course according to their angle of impact.
