why is it so embarrasing?, I'm never doing it again, it seems like everyone in the store notices a guy carrying tampons, even old ladies stare at you!

So? They know they're not for you! It's just telling everyone that you're getting some, so you should be proud. You girl's lucky to have a guy man enough to do the task, because lots of them have issues with worrying too much about what others think.

and do you know what they are thinking?
He's the sweetest guy ever, just look at him. He doesn't even care to get those for his lady.
Personally, I think you could pick up ladies while buying tampons. Really, just go buy em (when you don't have a girlfriend) and wink at some girl, she'd fall for you. You could then say they were for your sister. ha

I sent my boyfriend in the early part of the relationship. His friends and him all went. They even bought them. I thought maybe they just stuck them under their shirts and ran. Nope I got the receipt.

My first husband used to do it, and it really didn't bother him a bit.

But he was one of those big ole guys you could have put a dress and heels on, and people wouldn't have said "what a transvestite!" they'd have said, "What is that big ole guy doing in a dres???" :-)) He was very comfortable with himself.

Ive sent him in a couple of times and he doesn't find it embarrassing at all. he see's that i need them so he doesn't think anything of it. most women have a period. it shouldn't phase you at all. it shows maturity that you can go into the shop and do that for your misses. :)

I haven't sent my fiance, but I'm sure it will end up on a grocery list for him someday. (He likes to do the grocery shopping, after all.)

Yeah, but it makes you look like the hero. If you are that insecure buy a bunch of other crap with it.

I've done that on several occasions. To me it's no different than buying toilet paper.
