I just don't understand why we had to Capture and Kill him, while Dictators in Africa and other places are committing genocide, creating civil wars and are responsible for poverty and disease.

Dude the amount of psychopathic dictators in power right now would blow your mind with just a little reading.

The simple reason is that because Africa has never and will never find peace. Africans have been killing each other since the beginning of time and it's never gonna change. North Africa, South Africa, middle Africa, it's all the same. Basically there's no point in stopping it because EVERY SINGLE TIME someone does step in and intervene, guess what happens? The next guy does the exact same thing or he gets killed and that guy does the exact same thing. For whatever reason, Africans really don't like each other.

Thanks to Countries like Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Countries in the Arabian Peninsula (Bahrain, Qatar, Yemen U.A.E.) and Israel.
We have a foothold, or staging point in which to conduct wars.
As well as all the west has a vested interest in the oil rich fields of the middle east, sad to say.
We tried going in to Africa once, specifically Somalia, remember what happened? Until we have that sure foothold and the rest of the world gets some Cojones, then maybe we can do something about... What good will diplomacy be if the wars being fought in Africa are religious in nature aided and funded by who? You got it, the same fascist muslim countries in the middle east.

It's all about self-serving priorities.

Africa is not strategically located and black African political leaders cannot influence world economics. They also do not threaten the West directly or indirectly.

The Mid East region is just the reverse of Africa - a destabilized Iraq, or a belligerent Iran can threaten the West directly and in other ways - supply of oil.

Why don't we go after these people?

That's a good question.

I think, someday, we will go after some of them. All in due time.
