There are some things that our friends must learn for themselves. Every 14-year-old (including me -- and I am now an adult) has gone through with his or her friends what you are going through right now with your friend.
You can warn her, advise her, but then you have to pull back and live your own life. That doesn't mean you have to stop being friends with this girl, but don't allow her to pull you into her questionable lifestyle with these other girls. Instead, support her but also begin to acquire other friends yourself. In other words, you have to begin to expand your "friendship web."
I hope this helps you. (And by the way, I understood your English perfectly.)

Know this: you can change yourself and you may have influence with certain people in life. But the more you talk the less other's listen or value what you have to say because it comes to freely. So focus on your life and wait for her (others) to ask questions. Whether you choose to answer those questions is your perogative.
Essentially other people rarely want someone else's advice. Even when they seem to be asking for it. I have a rule: unless they're paying me to give them advice I keep my mouth shut when it comes to their personal business.
Most people fail to learn from books, much less other people's experience. Many have to make their own mistakes in order to truly learn (appreciate). Maybe she's one of many.

Be patient and give her tims. She will realise sooner or later. You love you friend so stick with her and let her know that you are their for her always. Try to show her the opposite side of her other so called bad friends and then leave the decision to her.
All the best.

If she is ur best friend then yes you are right you should give her right advice.
But following your advice is in her hand.
so you cannot force her to do anything just because she is your best friend.
you just can advice her once or twice that's all.
and you just can hope for good.
goodluck.

If she has friends that make her laugh, what is the problem? Are you jealous? You haven't said anything about how they are no good.

if she's the 'bak-to-form' kinda person...tell her no more... ur jus wasting time... i know she's ur good friend... but what is a good friend who does not realize things??? if she's intelligent enough, she'll let em go and stick to ya... else... leave her be... some things cannot be changed....
