I am sorry to tell you that italian lira dosen't exist its now the euro they trade in so the philippines would not exchange them

I don't think lira is still convertible to Philippine peso. If you want to get rid of it and earn something in return, try selling it as a collection for those collecting paper bills. =)

I don't think that they will accept your liras, because Italy has been using euros for so long. I assume that you've already tried the money changers.

try Citibank or Bank of the Phillipine Islands (they're scattered all over, otherwise known as BPI) while your in the phillipines you should look at pearls
