Yes there is. i downloaded it recently via a program which you must download called limewire. Download this program, which is mainly used for free music and type in 'the sims', download what comes up.

Los Sims (The Sims) is a game made by Maxis (a department of EA Games) and is distributed by EA.
The Sims is under copyright by Electronic Arts Limited (2000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 OEU, United Kingdom).
So, you have to buy it from your nearest media store.

Los Sims is basically The Sims- except in Spanish. There is no legal way to get it for free. If you're into illegal downloading, then you can always get the games from kazaa, limewire and Ares. These are all programs that have to be downloaded. These programs also have serial code generators, which you will need to work the game.
NOTE: They're illegal.
