Do they actually think this will make things better?? It's been proven time and time again that having kids in a so-so relationship hurts, not helps a marriage. THINK before you act.

I know you wrote this question after reading mine, and I dont appreciate the assumption that I dont think before I act. I am a very intelligent woman who loves her family but is having trouble making things work, I am trying to do what is right for my children, my husband and myself. We did not plan for this pregnancy nor do I have any false belief that this child will improve our relationship...I already have a daughter so I know what parenting entails..., but I think that no matter how difficult it is that the child is a blessing and will have 2 loving parents, together or not! With all respect you dont have children so you are a bit ignorant to assume you know much about parenting or maritial difficulty.

hi there people /couples think that having a baby will help it along ......there is not one honest person that is on this planet ....that will turn round and say to them ......look these little people will cause havoc ....sleepless nights ....no sex life and all the rest that they put in our lifes .....and why .......because no ones believes that this 5-10pound baby has the ability to do this with us .......its the only thing that you do not get a hand book with and batteries with on this planet !!take care xx

There are 1000 reasons to have children.
Just be honest with your spouse as to why, and everything else should follow from that.

People, especially your parents and in-laws, will tell you " Have children ! They will bond you together " . Never believe them for a minute !

You are absolutly right.My husband and I had bad r/s but he was desperate to have a baby from me but I couldn't to this and left him. I feel grate now.
