I think he does care but his policies only seem to be creating hatred in other countries which can lead to terrorism. Call it a case of misguided efforts.

My personal opinion is one which alot agree with, but a few do not, and I can understand those who have loved ones serving overseas thinking that there is a "real reason" as to why they are over there.
Put simply, the war against terrorism, has happpened under false pretences, with the American government dragging in everyone can find, (Australia, UK, etc).
George Bush (or "W" as he is 'fondly' known as) simply cares about money, which he can obtain through creating this war.
Either that, or this is the biggest practical joke in the history of the world.
Just take a look at some of his many purely stupid quotes and you will see HE was voted in under false pretences.

He cares about creating terror so he can illegally tap phone lines, and very quietly open mail without warrants. He sure is a good ol' boy though isn't he?
Just imagine how the rest of the world perceives us with that jackass representing the United States. Actually he is representing Big Oil, Pharmaceutical, and Insurance Companies, but I digress.....

yes of course he does being a head Regen himself and a part of all that he has no choice butt to mislead US to believing otherwise the people of the U.S. has to wake up and see The big picture . we have let the bad guy into power unknowingly/ his technics are just different than sadamns hussans. He's not willing to sacrifice his life. only his country and people/ perhaps a little smarter than Hussein, but none the less with the same goal.
