how can i self examin my Hymen ?

You wouldn't be able to see your hymen. It is behind your uterus in front of your cervix. You need a speculum to spread your vagina wide enough to examine inside. If you have not had intercourse than you are considered a virgin. Most young woman "break" their hymen through physical activity unrelated to sex. Have you gone for your first Gyne appointment yet? When you go just ask the DR. if your hymen is still intact.

You are still a virgin if you have not had sex regardless of whether your hymen is intact or not. This can be broken by exercise or by using tampons.

If your hymen determined virginity, then people would lose their virginities riding bikes and using tampons.
