The sweet short version is basically this;

Sensuality = Chick flick. No male will pay attention.

Sexuality = Guy flick. Males will pay attention.

Thematic elements = Elements that have to do with the theme of the movie.

Innuendo = Bringing up a point by using a non-direct way.

Sensuality is specifically sexual scenes such as passionate kissing and sexual toching, removal of some clothes. Sexual Content can be anywhere from sexual scenes to other sexual behaviors or sexual subjects. But the sexual scene can not contain nudity in PG-13. Innuendos is something sexually suggestive but is not actual sexual content. Thematic Elements is based on the theme of the movie; example if the main theme of the movie is about farting or other rude humor it will say thematic elements. PG movies can contain innuendos and thematic elements.
