She was drunk and when she did it she wispered "shhhh, just let the magic happen." then passed out. Should I tell him or let it be?

I say wake her up and see what happens, Seriously drop it, she was drunk.

Well i wouldn't say I'd go that far but when she wakes up and is sober i would see if she remembers it and if she does then i would tell her that i didn't appreciate it and if she doesn't it's best to just drop it because she was drunk but i don't think i would want her around when she's drinking if she can't control herself. Let it go. If she does it again and is not drunk then you have a problem. If you tell him you might loose a friend.

Yes tell your wife because your bestfriend needs to know what kind of wife he has when she is drunk. And he may set her straight. She prob know what she was doin and could of been wanting to do that since day one. But tell him and let him know what kind of wife he has because that was very disrespectful.

She was drunk, let it go. I'd be a bit concerned if she had done it sober though. Then you all would need to have a talk.

hmmm
i say this could go either way. if he's your BEST friend, you might want to tell him out of loyalty. but common sense dictates that generally you'd stay out of this situation and let him deal with it so you don't become entangled in the s*it. people are crazy and sometimes blame the bearer of bad news.

next time you're drinking with her, very quietly say "not too many this time, remember what you said last time?" and try to read her expression. odds are she won't even remember.
the bigger issue here is that her husband is letting her drink so much that she passes out! but i'm afraid that's not your business.

I would tell her about it(when she sobers up) and let her feel like a fool and tell her that if she does it again you will tell her hubby!
